Founded in 2008 by Jon and Angie Weber along with Chef Victor Jimenez, Cowboy Star was created to bring a unique dining experience to San Diego's East Village. Inspired by the West and driven by a commitment to quality.

We are proud to serve only the best natural products. Our beef is sourced from some of the nation's leading Certified Humane Angus herds, and we follow the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch standards for all our ocean offerings.
